We have successfully operated apprenticeship schemes throughout the UK for over 35 years and remain committed to recruiting and developing skills within our industry. We take a prominent role alongside our associate Trade Bodies and Federations to promote apprenticeships in schools and colleges and work with key partners, including our clients, to support people into the industry. We currently have over 250 apprentices on programme. Our apprentices work towards industry recognised apprenticeship standards at L2 and above and apprentice development is enhanced through the provision of additional in company training and support. This includes the provision of core skills, working at height standards, mandatory Health & Safety training and industry specific training and accreditation including UKATA, IPAF, PASMA and CSCS. We are innovative in our approach to apprenticeships and were form part of the collaboration leading on new industry training standards and qualifications alongside our trade association partners, the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education, and the Department for Education.
