We have many opportunities for young people and those wishing to change careers at Royal Devon. We offer a work shadowing day to provide you with an insight into a career of your choice. Or if you are on a related Health care course qualification we can offer you a work placement or an industrial placement to align with your course. For those students in Year 10 we offer a work experience week, so you can really start to make those informed career choices at a young age before deciding on your next steps. We also have a great medics programme for those aspiring to become Doctors. Here at Royal Devon we truly are trying to grow our own and build our future workforce.
